The bathroom in the hotel was described as small and awkward to use, especially the small sink.

it was a great experience, i would recomand to anyone. the room was light and spotless, an electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board were available too. there was a bath in the private bathroom. windows were facing city.

We had a really comfortable stay in Bern so close to bars, restaurants and attractions and bus stops. Rooms here were equipped with most required basics provided for, plentiful amenities.

I always come back to this place because I never regret it. The staff once found my lost necklace. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. Adults only, with a coffee shop. No pets or smoking. See you this weekend!

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. It's within walking distance to all the main attractions and is easily accessible by public transport from the train station. The apartment itself is small, but very welcoming and has all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the windows is also quite beautiful, overlooking a lively street with cafes and bars.

One small downside is that the curtains could benefit from having a blackout lining, as they let in some light.

I had a brilliant stay at Heart Of Bern. The location was perfect, close to lots of sights and attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, like a hairdryer and toiletries. The take one/leave one policy in the fridge was a nice touch, allowing guests to try different treats. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful music played by musicians in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a fantastic city.

Valerie was the best host ever. The room was big and bright and had an extremely comfy bed. It was complete with most required basics and plentiful amenities. The location was incredible and very central.

We stayed 4 nights here and had a great experience. The location was marvelous, at a medium distance from Clock Tower.- It was near bars, restaurants, attractions, the tram, and the Old Town of Bern.

We felt at home and the host showed us the property with an excellent setting near bus stops, attractions, and stores.

The room was absolutely lovely! It had a private bathroom with a bath/shower, which was perfect for a relaxing soak. The apartment also had a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, and even a cable TV for some evening entertainment. It felt so cozy and homey, I just loved it!

The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was that one of the apartments had a tea/coffee maker instead of a washing machine. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others would still appreciate it.

The take one/leave one policy in the fridge was a lovely touch. Despite a small bathroom, we managed just fine. The included transport tickets were a great bonus for exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel.
